Meet the team at
Aterra Nutrition

Cristina Luibil, MS, RD, LDN

Hey, there! I’m Cristina (she/her), proud owner of Aterra Nutrition. I'm a Registered Dietitian Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who’s here to support you in finding the passion and joy in food and nutrition.

I am trained to guide you in discovering what matters most to you and meet you where you are in our sessions. The focus is always on you leading the conversation, not me following a set agenda or checklist, to help you work towards your unique nutrition goals. My hope is that my clients see me not only as the dietitian they seek out for support, but someone who they can truly see themselves talking to without fear of judgement. Down-to-earth not only embodies my practice, it also perfectly describes me, both as a dietitian and as a person -- the name “Aterra,” meaning “grounded” in Sicilian, reflects both my philosophy and heritage.
